The Place Where Wishes Come True (願いが叶う場所, Negai ga Kanau Basho?) is the sixth track of the second disc of the Clannad Original Soundtrack album. It was released on 13 August 2004. It features prominently in many of the series' most powerful moments, especially in ~After Story~.[1]
This soundtrack usually plays in the background during a sad scene.[2]

- A longer and more orchestral version of it, The Place Where Wishes Come True II, is the fourteenth track of the second disc of the Clannad Original Soundtrack album.
- The Place Where Wishes Come True was covered in metal style as the fifth track of the album, Keeper of the Metal Key Part II, by the doujin metal band South of Heaven.
